Pauatahanui: a local history

This is a beautiful, hard bound, 300-page book covering the history of the original Pauatahanui area which extended from Paremata to the top of the Paekakariki Hill and from the top of Haywards Hill to Camborne and includes present-day Whitby. Covering from 1820 to 2012, it contains almost 300 illustrations from archives and personal family collections, including a number of early paintings not seen publicly before.
